Position Summary Odyssey has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Acquisition Program Specialist supporting the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center Agile Weapons Division (AFLCMC/EBX) at Eglin AFB, Florida. This position supports program and financial managers with DoD planning, programming, and budgeting activities in support of the USAF weapons acquisition process. Responsibilities Duties may include, but are not limited to:
Provide Configuration and CDRL Data Management

Additionally, the successful candidate will demonstrate the following: Technical Skills * Ability to produce rapid-turn program artifacts in response to short-notice direction
* Proficiency with Atlassian tools (Confluence, Jira) for workflow and program tracking * Familiarity with acquisition frameworks (DoDI 5000-series, FAR/DFARS) and source selection documentation support Interpersonal Skills * Strong communication skills, including executive-level briefings and cross-functional coordination
* Ability to collaborate across diverse functional areas (engineering, logistics, test, finance) to support integrated program execution * Skilled at providing clear analysis, recommendations, and decision-support products to senior leadership * High attention to detail, quality, and completeness in documentation under accelerated timelines * Ability to operate independently and manage workload surges effectively in fast-paced acquisition environments * Experience mentoring junior staff and enabling cross-functional reach-back support * Strong relationship-building skills with government stakeholders, contractors, and multidisciplinary IPTs Additional Information Location: Eglin AFB, FL Travel: Travel may be required per the customer's discretion.
