Position Summary

Odyssey Systems has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Administrative Support providing support to Program Executive Office for Nuclear Command, Control, Communications Nuclear Networks Division Common Very Low Frequency Program Management Office (NCN/CVR2 PMO). The AFNWC/NC3 Integration Directorate is headquartered at Hanscom Air Force Base, MA, with an operating location at Kirtland AFB, NM. The NC3 Directorate's mission is to provide support to the Program Executive Office (PEO), the Deputy Director, Deputy AFPEO NC3 and staff for acquisition and administrative control of all NC divisions, branches, and programs. It consists of an Executive Section, Engineering (EN), Financial Management (FM), Operations Management (OM), Information Protection (IP), Contracts (PK), Cyber, Logistics (LG), the Program Execution Group (PEG) and Intelligence (IN).

This position's primary role will support the administrative needs of the NCN CVR Branch Chief & functional staff.

This is a full-time position located at Hanscom Air Force Base, Bedford MA.



Responsibilities

Duties include, but not limited to:

    Support senior managers and organizational staff through research, information gathering, and high-quality written products.
  • Track and monitor taskings, suspense items, and Directorate initiatives.
  • Draft memorandums, documents, and communications for leadership review and signature.
  • Coordinate and schedule in-person and virtual meetings; prepare agendas, materials, and invitations; maintain minutes, attendance logs, and action items.
  • Maintain administrative records, logs, and non-technical maintenance schedules.
  • Provide limited logistical and office operations support within contract scope.
  • Disseminate updated program guidance and policy to organizational stakeholders.


Qualifications

Citizenship: Must be a US citizen

Minimum Required Qualifications

Clearance: Active Secret Clearance

Education: Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS)

Years of Experience: 7 - 10 of relevant experience

Preferred Qualifications

Education: Master's Degree (MA/MS)

Years of experience: 10+ years of relevant experience supporting DoD/DoW/Air Force Customers

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with virtual meeting tools such as MS Teams, Zoom, or similar platforms.
  • Ability to track and manage taskers, suspense items, and workflow systems.
  • Ability to create, maintain, and organize electronic files and administrative logs.

Interpersonal Skills:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, mission-focused environment.
  • Professional demeanor when interacting with senior leaders, stakeholders, and staff.
