POSITION SUMMARY:

The Receptionist is responsible for performing clerical tasks within the office setting to support daily operations.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

This list of duties and responsibilities is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities as management may deem necessary.

* Answer and direct all incoming calls in a polite and friendly manner

* Welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner, and answer any questions visitors may have

* Operate standard office equipment on regular basis, including copy machine and computer

* Maintain reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times

* Receive deliveries: sort and distribute mail

* Take inventory and restock as needed

* Respond to emails in a friendly and professional manner

* Manage and distribute uniform items. Working with HR manager on ordering for needs

* Prepare orientation folders for all orientation classes

* Prepare room for new hire orientations and trainings

* Scan review and assist in personnel documentations to appropriate files

* Assist with and update compliance and licensing of employees

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent

Experience: 2-3 years relevant experience in an office environment

Able to type 35 wpm minimum

Strong phone skills

Comfortable multi- Tasking and prioritizing tasks

Punctual with strong attendance history

Excellent interpersonal skills

WORK ENVIRONMENT: Normal Office Setting
