Job Summary

The Warehouse Loader is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations by accurately loading products, maintaining inventory standards, repackaging merchandise, and ensuring a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment. This role plays a key part in preparing customer orders, maintaining product quality through proper rotation, and following established safety and operational procedures.

Job Responsibilities



  • Load delivery trucks accurately and safely according to established loading standards.
  • Verify loaded products match shipping documentation and customer orders.
  • Rotate inventory using product expiration dates to maintain product freshness and quality.
  • Repackage products in accordance with established warehouse standards.
  • Identify, separate, and properly dispose of damaged or expired products following management approval.
  • Assist with inventory organization and product storage.
  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse by removing trash, sweeping floors, and operating floor cleaning equipment as needed.
  • Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company operational standards.
  • Assist with general warehouse duties and other responsibilities as assigned.


Job Requirements



  • Previous warehouse, loading, or material handling experience preferred.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to accurately load and organize products for shipment.
  • Basic mathematical skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to regularly lift and move up to 25 pounds.
  • Ability to use hands for handling materials, reach, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, and walk throughout the workday.
  • Ability to work around moving mechanical equipment and in varying weather conditions.
  • Ability to perform work requiring close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
