Senior Technical Pattern Maker - Lifestyle Apparel (Wovens)

We're looking for an experienced Technical Pattern Maker to bring apparel concepts to life-from initial design through factory-ready production. This role sits at the intersection of design, development, and manufacturing, translating creative vision into high-quality, scalable garments.

You'll play a critical role in shaping fit, construction, and production standards for lifestyle apparel, with a strong focus on woven products such as denim, jackets, and workwear-inspired pieces.

What You'll Do

  • Translate design concepts into production-ready 2D patterns
  • Build first prototypes and evolve patterns through the development lifecycle
  • Lead and drive fit sessions, providing clear direction and technical expertise
  • Write detailed fit comments and construction notes for cross-functional teams and factory partners
  • Evaluate samples, identify issues, and implement improvements
  • Create and maintain technical specifications (tech packs) with precise construction details
  • Partner closely with design, product development, and manufacturing teams
  • Ensure designs are optimized for fit, quality, and cost-effective production

What You Bring

  • 8+ years of experience in technical pattern making for apparel production
  • Strong expertise in woven garments (denim, twill, jackets, pants, fixed waistbands, workwear)
  • Proven ability to lead fit sessions and own fit decisions
  • Deep knowledge of garment construction, fit, and grading
  • Experience creating factory-ready patterns and technical documentation
  • Ability to assess and improve physical samples and prototypes
  • A portfolio showcasing technical pattern work (lifestyle apparel required)

Nice to Have

  • Experience with 3D garment design tools (e.g., CLO or similar)
  • Familiarity with PLM systems or digital product workflows
  • Background in lifestyle or workwear apparel brands
  • Experience supporting global manufacturing and factory commercialization

Who You Are

  • Detail-oriented with a strong technical eye for fit and construction
  • Confident leading discussions and influencing decisions across teams
  • Collaborative and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
  • Open to feedback and comfortable iterating on designs
  • Focused on delivering production-ready, scalable solutions
