Senior Representative, Customer Service - Skilled

Job Overview:
We are hiring for our client's location to support increasing business demand. This is a 100% onsite position with opportunities for overtime based on business needs. While overtime is common, workweeks exceeding 55 hours may occasionally be required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and manage cases using a proprietary case management system.
• Review CT scans to ensure compliance with Mako Surgical imaging protocols.
• Segment CT scans using specialized software to create 3D anatomical bone models for robotic-assisted surgery.
• Develop pre-operative surgical plans for Total Hip and Total Knee Replacement procedures using digital bone models.
• Review CT segmentations and surgical plans for accuracy, including anatomical landmark selection, implant sizing, and positioning.
• Upload completed pre-operative plans for field-based personnel.
• Accurately document all work according to established procedures.
• Follow work instructions and quality standards to ensure consistent and accurate output.
• Meet individual and team production goals while maintaining a high level of quality.

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional work experience, or an associate's degree (or higher) in place of experience.
• Strong English communication skills (reading and speaking).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with MS Office Suite.
• Knowledge of Salesforce, Materialise MIMICS, or Adobe Photoshop.
• Certification or experience in Radiology (CT, MRI, or X-Ray).
• Nursing certification or related healthcare background.
• Completion of a college-level Anatomy course.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Additional Requirements:

• Ability to distinguish a variety of colors on a computer screen.
• Visual acuity of 20/20 (with or without corrective lenses).
