This is a chance to make a tangible difference in people's lives by shaping the future of health services.

Are you a visionary product leader ready to drive significant change and impact? We are seeking a dynamic individual to take the helm of a critical digital application, expanding its reach into new segments and shaping its future. This is an incredible opportunity to bridge the gap between cutting-edge development teams, senior leadership, and end-users, directly influencing how health services are tailored and delivered. Your expertise will be pivotal in evolving an existing application, ensuring it meets diverse needs and achieves measurable success, all while fostering collaboration and innovation.

This role is at the intersection of strategy, technology, and user experience. You will be instrumental in expanding an existing digital application, tailoring it to new user segments with unique requirements and success metrics. Your ability to engage with senior-level stakeholders, champion change management, and provide product leadership to a full-stack development squad will be crucial to your success and the impact you create.

To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Be authorized to work in the United States
  • Not require sponsorship of any kind for the duration of the assignment
  • Be able to work on a W-2 basis. C2C or 1099 is not permitted for this position

What you will do

  • Manage senior-level stakeholders to gain buy-in, define success metrics, align on objectives and key results (OKRs), and ensure a product roadmap and Minimum Viable Product (MVP) are prioritized to deliver intended outcomes.
  • Lead an outcomes-based product model, rooted in user research and validation, ensuring high levels of engagement and collaboration from the user base.
  • Craft and manage comprehensive roadmaps, coordinating strategies across the product platform with clear linkage to the product portfolio and organizational goals.
  • Manage a full-stack development squad, including backlog prioritization and participation in Agile ceremonies.
  • Collaborate with development captains (Data Science and Engineering) to translate product strategy into detailed specifications, making functional and user interface design tradeoffs where necessary.
  • Oversee the rollout and launch of the application, including testing, training, and communications.
  • Monitor and share product performance post-launch, along with proposed engagement tactics and continued development to increase adoption, utilization, financial impact, and efficiency.
  • Interface directly with users to gather feedback, understand needs, build trust, and resolve utilization issues or challenges.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong experience in a dynamic product management role.
  • Experience working in an Agile framework.
  • Proven success in overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle.
  • High effectiveness in managing cross-functional teams.
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Experience with a similar platform to manage project workflows.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling abilities (written & verbal) with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Empathetic approach to customers and stakeholders, exhibiting high emotional intelligence.
  • Ability to work with a large number of teams to achieve the product vision.
  • Comfortable influencing others, leading teams, and managing senior-level stakeholders.
  • Focus on innovation and thoughtful inclusion of AI.
  • Analytical mindset, with strong attention to detail and ability to synthesize data from multiple sources to identify key unmet needs and solutions.
  • Commitment to understanding user needs and experiences, with a focus on delivering value through the application.
  • Experience working with Jira, Excel, and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications

  • 10+ years of work experience.
