What You Will Do:



  • Technology expertise: Serve as a trusted resource for customers and team members by providing troubleshooting, technical support, demonstrations, and training on GPS, machine control, laser, and other construction technology solutions.
  • Field service and support: Install, diagnose, repair, and support construction technology products in the field to maximize customer productivity and uptime.
  • Customer relationships: Build strong customer partnerships through proactive follow-up, responsive support, and timely resolution of issues.
  • Business development: Identify opportunities to grow construction technology, service, repair, and aftermarket business while helping customers adopt technology solutions that improve performance.
  • Training and collaboration: Partner with sales and service teams to support customer success while providing technical coaching and training to technicians and team members across the region.

What You Will Need:



  • Industry experience: 3-5 years of experience in the construction, technology, equipment, or related industry, with exposure to sales, service, training, or customer support activities.
  • Technical aptitude: The ability to learn, troubleshoot, and support GPS, machine control, construction technology, and other advanced technology solutions.
  • Customer focus: Strong customer service skills with the ability to build relationships, resolve issues, and deliver a positive customer experience.
  • Communication skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively train, support, and collaborate with customers and team members.
  • Travel flexibility: Ability and willingness to travel 35-50% based on seasonal business demands.


  • Valid work authorization: Candidates must have valid work authorization and be able to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
