Under supervision, the incumbent is responsible for oversight of activities and competencies related to sterile processing, purchasing, inventory and equipment management, including oversight and coordination of competency and quality assurance. Duties include setting up and assisting physician/nurse in all procedures (including cystoscopies and less advance procedures) that is within the scope of practice, maintaining equipment and ensuring appropriate scope washing/maintenance compliance, coordination of internal and external supply orders, restocking and maintaining inventory, providing training relating to sterile processing procedures and processes, investigating and collaborating with vendors and Facilities Engineering on equipment repair issues, service delivery, and technical problems, assisting with administrative and clinical tasks in the department including EPIC front desk functions and rooming/discharging patients to maintain clinic flow. Other related duties as assigned. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Pay Transparency Act Annual Full Pay Range: $63,893 - $79,386 (will be prorated if the appointment percentage is less than 100%) Hourly Equivalent: $30.60 - $38.02 Factors in determining the appropriate compensation for a role include experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The Hiring Pay Scale referenced in the job posting is the budgeted salary or hourly range that the University reasonably expects to pay for this position. The Annual Full Pay Range may be broader than what the University anticipates to pay for this position, based on internal equity, budget, and collective bargaining agreements (when applicable). | |
