Manager, Product Delivery
to lead a team of Technical Project Managers delivering large-scale, complex initiatives across the
Genius S
roadmap. This role is responsible for ensuring delivery excellence across multiple concurrent programs, with a strong focus on time, cost, quality, governance, and stakeholder alignment.
As a key member of the Product Delivery leadership team, you will oversee end-to-end delivery planning and execution, support cross-functional collaboration, and act as an escalation point for delivery risks, RAID items, and resource challenges. You will play a critical role in driving operational discipline, managing SteerCo reporting, and ensuring initiatives are delivered successfully against agreed milestones and business outcomes.
You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Finance, and other business stakeholders to prioritise initiatives, resolve issues, and maintain momentum across the roadmap. This is a highly collaborative leadership role that requires strong people management, excellent executive communication, and the ability to navigate complexity in a fast-paced software delivery environment.
The ideal candidate will bring significant project and program delivery experience, people leadership capability, and a strong understanding of software delivery lifecycle practices, including Agile and waterfall methodologies. Experience in fintech, payments, or financial services would be highly advantageous.
