TRAVEL: Less than 10%

SALARY: $65,000 to $72,500

Astrion has acontingentopening for aSenior Customer TechnicalSupport Specialist supportingthe U.S. Navy'sNaval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD), located inDahlgren, VA. Serve as aHelp Desk Support III/mid-level IT professionalhandlingescalated, complex technical issues that cannot be resolved by entry-level and follow-upsupport.Provide advanced troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network systems,and assistwith equipment provisioning.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS

  • Six (6) years of professional experience in Industry, Federal or DoD Help Desk Support
  • Experience using help desk tools such as BMC's Remedy,BMC Helix ITSM, or ServiceNow
  • Information Assurance Technical(IAT)LevelIII level with aTeir5 (T5) investigation

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • CompTIA A+, Network+, MS-900, MD-102
