What You Will Do in This Role?
As a Hospital Operations Coordinator (Working Team Lead), you will oversee daily hospital operations during evening hours in the absence of the Operations Manager. This role combines leadership responsibilities with hands-on support to ensure equipment readiness and operational excellence.
  • Lead daily operations and support hospital staff to ensure equipment availability and workflow efficiency
  • Partner with HQC to maintain equipment functionality and high performance standards
  • Oversee equipment flow, inventory levels, and resource allocation to support an effective Asset Management Program (ASSET360)
  • Address and resolve nursing staff concerns, identifying opportunities for process improvement
  • Support supervision of HST staff, including training, performance feedback, and corrective action when needed
  • Assist with staffing schedules based on equipment demand and promote cross-shift collaboration
  • Facilitate and deliver employee training programs, including ASSET360 policies and inCare system usage
  • Provide ongoing coaching in problem solving, communication, and conflict resolution
  • Contribute to career development planning for team members in partnership with leadership
  • Maintain knowledge of the client contract and support adherence to service expectations
  • Perform hands-on duties as needed, including patient rounds, equipment delivery, and cleaning processes
  • Foster a positive, team-oriented culture focused on engagement and retention
  • Complete additional duties as assigned
What You Will Need for This Role?
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 1 years of Medical or Management experience
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Detail oriented
  • Computer skills (proficient in Word and Excel)
  • Multi-tasking
  • Communication (verbal and written)
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to maintain a high level of communication with all involved parties
  • Work with and understand the technical and financial side of business
  • Lead a diversified team to a unified goal
