About the Role
We are seeking an HR Operations Specialist (Call Center) to join our team in Los Angeles, CA. As an HR Operations Specialist, you will be accountable for delivering high-quality employee support through call center operations while ensuring accurate execution of HR transactions across the employee lifecycle. This role is critical in maintaining data integrity, compliance, and a positive employee experience in a high-volume environment.This role requires you to be onsite inLos Angeles, CA four days per week, providing direct collaboration with HR teams and real-time support for employee needs.


Compensation
Salary Range: $40,000 - $52,000


Core Accountabilities (What You'll be Doing)


  • Deliver responsive employee support through high-volume inbound and outbound call center operations
  • Execute HR lifecycle transactions with accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to SLAs
  • Maintain and audit employee data to ensure system integrity and completeness
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and federal regulatory requirements
  • Generate and validate HR reports to support operational needs and analysis
  • Follow standardized processes while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and Benefits teams to resolve employee inquiries and issues


Minimum Qualifications (What You Bring to the Table)


  • Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 2-4 years of HR operations or related experience
  • Experience in a call center or customer service environment
  • Proven ability to handle inbound and outbound calls in a high-volume setting
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Bilingual Spanish required



Preferred Qualifications (Extra Ingredients for Success)


  • Experience supporting onboarding and employee lifecycle transactions
  • Familiarity with HR systems (e.g., SuccessFactors, Dayforce)
  • Experience using call center tools (e.g., Finesse)
  • Knowledge of HR policies, compliance, and data governance standards
  • Strong problem-solving skills with ability to resolve Tier 1 inquiries
