Key Responsibilities
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and visitors.
- Perform data entry, filing, copying, scanning, and document preparation.
- Maintain office supplies and place orders as needed.
- Schedule meetings and assist with calendars.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Assist with payroll, timekeeping, and basic accounting tasks as needed.
- Maintain employee files and support HR with onboarding paperwork.
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and correspondence.
- Keep the office clean, organized, and running efficiently.
- Provide administrative support to managers and other team members.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 1-2 years of administrative or office experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and customer service skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with payroll, HR, or bookkeeping.
- Familiarity with office equipment and scheduling software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
