Key Responsibilities



  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and visitors.
  • Perform data entry, filing, copying, scanning, and document preparation.
  • Maintain office supplies and place orders as needed.
  • Schedule meetings and assist with calendars.
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Assist with payroll, timekeeping, and basic accounting tasks as needed.
  • Maintain employee files and support HR with onboarding paperwork.
  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and correspondence.
  • Keep the office clean, organized, and running efficiently.
  • Provide administrative support to managers and other team members.


Qualifications



  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 1-2 years of administrative or office experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and customer service skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently.


Preferred Skills



  • Experience with payroll, HR, or bookkeeping.
  • Familiarity with office equipment and scheduling software.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
