Overview & Position Summary
This position supports secondary marketing activities by assisting with product setup, pricing updates, and documentation maintenance across lending systems. This role works under direct supervision and follows established procedures to perform routine tasks that ensure product accuracy and alignment with organizational standards. This position collaborates with internal partners to gather information, review changes, and update system data as needed. This role contributes to operational readiness through consistent execution, attention to detail, and ongoing development of secondary marketing knowledge.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Assist with entering and updating product data and pricing information within secondary marketing or loan origination systems.
  • Review product documentation for completeness, accuracy, and alignment with established guidelines.
  • Perform routine audits of product settings, pricing updates, and system configurations to support accuracy.
  • Communicate with internal teams to confirm details, clarify requirements, or gather missing information.
  • Follow established procedures to resolve routine issues or questions related to product setup or documentation.
  • Maintain organized records, logs, and files to ensure accuracy and audit readiness.
  • Support preparation of routine reports or summaries related to product updates or pricing changes.
  • Participate in process training, development activities, and cross-functional learning to build role proficiency.
  • Collaborate with peers to ensure consistent application of product standards and operational procedures.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying minor workflow gaps or opportunities for clarification.

Education & Experience
Required:

  • Bachelor's degree OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Up to 1 year of experience in financial services, lending operations, data management, or related fields.
  • Basic understanding of data entry, documentation management, or operational workflows

Preferred:

  • Exposure to secondary marketing, product management, or lending systems through internships or prior roles.
  • Familiarity with pricing tools, loan origination systems, or financial data entry.
  • Experience supporting administrative or operational tasks in a financial services environment.

  • Strong attention to detail with ability to maintain accurate product and pricing data.
  • Basic knowledge of financial services operations or lending processes.
  • Effective communication skills for collaborating with internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to follow detailed procedures and established workflows.

Working Conditions
Work is performed primarily in a general office or remote-office environment using computers, pricing tools, and loan systems. Workload may fluctuate based on pricing cycles, product updates, or market changes. Occasional onsite meetings or training sessions may be required. Minimal travel may occur for training or team collaboration.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to sit for extended periods while reviewing data or updating systems.
  • Ability to lift and carry light materials such as reports or office supplies.
  • Ability to operate computers, spreadsheets, and documentation platforms regularly.
