Final salary offered will be determined by a thorough assessment of available market data, internal salary equity, candidate experience and qualifications, and budget constraints. Position Summary Reporting to the ACNO of Imaging and Diagnostic Services, the incumbent will plan, direct, organize, control, and evaluate the operations of the Short Stay Unit. This position has 24X7 responsibilities in this assigned area, including staffing, supplies, and equipment, with responsibility for overall operations, ensuring efficient workflows and patient throughput, and managing personnel, including managers, healthcare technicians, and clerical staff. The role also involves assisting with budgets, human resources, hospital billing, customer relations, and the Unit's financial performance measures. The incumbent will be particularly accountable for the ongoing evaluation of financial performance measures, assessing the department's compliance with various regulatory agencies, and achieving the goals and objectives of the areas of responsibility. They will provide training oversight to all staff related to relevant department policies and procedures, and act as a resource to physicians. Duties & Responsibilities
