The Supervisor, Damage Prevention is responsible for the oversight and execution of Damage Prevention activities across Downstate New York, with a strong focus on safety, contractor performance, regulatory compliance, and datainformed decision making. This role leads and supervises locate and mark operations, damage investigations, and field audits, while also partnering closely with Damage Prevention leadership, analytics, compliance, and field operations teams to translate performance data, dashboards, and risk indicators into actionable strategies that reduce excavation related damages to National Grid's buried gas infrastructure. Success in this role requires the ability to interpret and apply analytical insights, including dashboards, performance metrics, and trend analysis-to guide field execution, prioritize risk, and drive continuous improvement. This position plays a key role in aligning field operations, contractor oversight, and enterprise reporting to support National Grid's evolving, risk-based Damage Prevention model.
