Job Title: Client Support, Return Mail Processor (Tier II)

Location: West Henrietta New York 14586

Duration: 2+ Months

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm Eastern

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Individual will work mostly independently.
  • Return mail is delivered daily and they will be responsible for logging it into the system and preparing new packages to be mailed out.
  • May require calling Clients to validate business address.
  • Uses prescribed guidelines to ensure good customer relations are maintained and are resolved in accordance with clinet policies and procedures.
  • Assist with other data entry tasks as needed.


Responsibilities:

  • Delivers quality service to Clinet clients via phone, email, chat, and other avenues
  • Develops and maintains a basic working knowledge of their tasks
  • Uses systems and software packages, which may include HRIS, Salesforce, Flex, and ORS
  • Performs data input, maintaining strong prioritization and organization
  • Able to lift 10-20 pounds
