Job Title: HRIS Analyst IV/Workday HRIS Digital Experience Analyst

Location: 100% Remote

Duration: 9 Months


Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST. Candidates must be available to work CST hours. Manager is willing to offer some flexibility.

There will be 2 interview rounds conducted through Microsoft Teams

Job Summary:

The Workday HRIS Digital Experience Analyst is responsible for creating, maintaining, governing, and optimizing the digital HR experience within Workday. This role serves as the primary owner of Workday Help Knowledge Management, ensuring colleagues, managers, and HR teams have access to accurate, timely, and user-friendly information through self-service channels.

The analyst will develop and manage knowledge articles, monitor content effectiveness, analyze user behavior and search trends, and identify opportunities to improve self-service adoption, case deflection, and the overall colleague experience. Working closely with HRIS, HR Shared Services, HR Centers of Excellence, Communications, and Technology teams, this role will help establish Workday as the authoritative source for HR information and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, publish, maintain, and retire Workday Help knowledge articles.
  • Establish content standards, governance processes, and review cycles to ensure information remains accurate and compliant.
  • Partner with HR functional teams to identify, document, and continuously improve knowledge content.
  • Own content categorization, tagging, search optimization, and audience targeting.
  • Ensure knowledge articles align with HR policies, procedures, and business processes.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify HR processes through knowledge, guidance, automation, and self-service capabilities.
  • Collaborate with Change Management and Communications teams to promote self-service adoption and awareness.
  • Coordinate translation and localization efforts for global content where applicable.



Education Required:

  • Associate's degree in a related discipline OR
  • An additional 2 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.



Required Experience & Qualifications:

  • Experience configuring Workday HCM and Workday Help.
  • 3+ years of experience in one or more of the following:

    • HR Operations
    • HR Technology
    • Knowledge Management
    • Digital Experience
    • Communications
    • Related disciplines


  • 1+ year of global experience preferred.
  • Experience developing and managing content within enterprise systems.
  • Experience using Microsoft applications and tools.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience interpreting data and user feedback.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and capable of proactively managing multiple projects through successful completion.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in:

    • Microsoft Outlook
    • Microsoft Word
    • Microsoft Excel
    • Microsoft PowerPoint





Preferred Experience:

  • Experience supporting HR Shared Services or employee service delivery operations.
  • Knowledge of employee self-service, case management, and knowledge management best practices.
  • Experience with AI-powered support tools, chatbots, or digital assistants.
  • Experience supporting global organizations and multilingual content environments.
