Senior Administrative Assistant (Contract)

Location: On-site with hybrid flexibility (4 days onsite / 1 day remote)

Duration: Temporary coverage (maternity leave)

About the Role

We're looking for a highly organized and proactive Senior Administrative Assistant to support multiple senior leaders within a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on managing complexity, anticipates needs, and takes ownership of high-impact administrative work.

You'll play a critical role in keeping leaders and teams running smoothly-serving as a trusted partner, problem-solver, and operational backbone.

What You'll Do



  • Manage complex calendars across multiple senior leaders, including scheduling, prioritization, and conflict resolution
  • Coordinate meetings and events end-to-end (logistics, agendas, vendors, communications)
  • Arrange travel including flights, accommodations, and detailed itineraries
  • Prepare and manage expense reports, budgets, and purchase orders
  • Create and edit documents and presentations, including reports, org charts, and team materials
  • Draft and manage communications on behalf of leaders
  • Support team operations and culture, including offsites and team-building activities
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Drive special projects and ensure timely execution of key initiatives


What You Bring



  • 5+ years of administrative or executive support experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience supporting senior leaders (Director-level or above), ideally across multiple stakeholders
  • Proven ability to manage complex scheduling and competing priorities
  • Experience with event planning, travel coordination, and expense reporting
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and follow through
  • High level of professionalism and discretion


Nice to Have



  • Experience supporting HR, Talent, or Organizational Development teams
  • Exposure to budget tracking, vendor coordination, or purchase orders
  • Experience in large, fast-paced corporate environments
  • Familiarity with modern productivity and collaboration tools
