  • Paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program is a plus
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience as a paralegal or legal operations professional in an in-house legal department
  • Experience managing diverse responsibilities is strongly preferred
  • Experience managing an intellectual property portfolio, including trademarks and patents
  • Entity management and corporate governance experience
  • License and registration management experience
  • Litigation management and support experience
  • CLM platform experience, with interest in or experience leading system implementation projects
  • Self-directed professional who takes initiative, works independently, and drives projects to completion with minimal supervision
  • Proven ability to lead work streams and manage projects from concept through execution
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to contribute across all levels of work, from strategic project leadership to routine administrative tasks
  • Proficiency with legal technology platforms; experience with Conga, CSC, DocuSign, and/or Salesforce is a plus
  • Familiarity with AI-powered tools and enthusiasm for adopting technology to improve efficiency
  • The role may require moderate physical effort, including occasional lifting of materials up to 10 pounds
