**POSITION SUMMARY:** The Vice President of Corporate Services plays a critical role within the Facilities Management function, focusing on the Corporate Services job family. This position is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation and management of corporate facilities, aligning with BNY's strategic pillars of operational excellence and customer centricity. The role supports BNY's principles by fostering a collaborative environment and driving continuous improvement within corporate services operations. The Vice President will leverage their expertise to optimize facility resources, enhance service delivery, and contribute to a sustainable and productive work environment. **PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:** - Oversee the management and operations of corporate facilities, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, by implementing best practices in facilities management. - Lead initiatives to improve service delivery and operational efficiency, by analyzing current processes and implementing strategic improvements. - Collaborate cross-functionally to support organizational objectives, by building relationships with key stakeholders and facilitating effective communication. - Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, by maintaining up-to-date knowledge and applying it to facility operations. - Manage budgets and resources effectively, by monitoring expenditures and identifying cost-saving opportunities. - Drive sustainability initiatives within corporate services, by promoting eco-friendly practices and reducing the environmental impact of facilities operations. **EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS:** - Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field. - Professional certification in facilities management or related areas is preferred. **EXPERIENCE:** Typically 5-10 years of experience. **SKILLS:** - Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering collaboration and teamwork. - Analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence. | |
