The Executive Assistant to the Chief Financial Officer provides senior-level, confidential support to the CFO and serves as a key coordination point across the enterprise, working closely with the CEO's office, senior executive leadership, Presidents, SVPs, Finance leadership, regional teams, and cross-functional partners. The role ensures the CFO office operates with discipline, responsiveness, and discretion while managing executive priorities, complex calendars, board and Finance leadership materials, communications, travel, and critical follow-through.

Serving as a proactive and trusted partner to the CFO, this position anticipates needs, identifies priorities, removes friction, and helps drive timely execution across sensitive financial, strategic, personnel, acquisition, audit, tax, treasury, board, and executive leadership matters. The Executive Assistant protects the CFO's time, manages competing demands with sound judgment, and represents the CFO office with professionalism and executive presence.

Our Executive Assistant Team:




  • Maintains strict confidentiality and sound judgment across sensitive financial, strategic, personnel, acquisition, audit, tax, treasury, board, and executive leadership matters.



  • Serves as a proactive coordination point for the CFO office across the enterprise, including senior executives, Finance leadership, regional teams, auditors, advisors, external partners, and cross-functional stakeholders.



  • Manages the CFO's priorities, calendar, meetings, communications, and travel with discipline and urgency, protecting executive time, resolving conflicts, escalating critical matters, and ensuring readiness of logistics, technology, and materials.



  • Coordinates CFO-led Finance leadership, executive, board preparation, and offsite meetings, including agendas, pre-reads, logistics, presentation materials, key notes when requested, and action-item follow-through.



  • Supports board and committee processes by managing timelines, collecting Finance inputs, organizing pre-reads, maintaining version control, tracking deadlines, and ensuring materials are accurate, complete, and executive-ready.



  • Prepares and coordinates executive-ready CFO office deliverables, including correspondence, reports, dashboards, board decks, Finance leadership materials, budget and forecast packages, treasury updates, M&A materials, and other priority communications.



  • Tracks CFO office priorities, approvals, deliverables, issue lists, and follow-ups across Finance leadership, executive leadership, and board preparation cycles to support timely execution.



  • Maintains Finance leadership rosters, organization charts, contact lists, distribution lists, scheduling visibility, and reference information required for effective CFO office coordination.




Education and Experience Requirements:



  • High School Diploma required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Ten plus years of progressive administrative support experience preferred, including three plus years supporting C-suite or senior executive leadership.
  • Experience supporting a CFO, Finance organization, board-related processes, executive presentations, confidential financial information, or senior leadership governance routines is highly desirable.

  • Working knowledge of financial, accounting, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, board, and executive business terminology.
  • Ability to coordinate board timelines, leadership materials, version control, confidential deliverables, and complex meeting cycles.
  • Strong follow-up, problem-solving, issue-resolution, and execution skills.
  • Exceptional organization across calendars, board and leadership materials, travel, deadlines, approvals, and priorities.
  • Ability to anticipate needs, protect executive time, work independently, manage ambiguity, and escalate appropriately.
