About the company:
Provider Resources Inc. (PRI) is looking for a Communications Specialist to build and maintain PRI's voice - internally with our team and externally with the market. This is a role for a strong writer who can manage communications independently and understands how to build an employer brand. What you will do: *Write and edit internal communications for all levels of the organization *Manage PRI's employer brand on LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and relevant platforms *Develop executive communications including presentations and talking points *Maintain the communications calendar and style guide *Measure and report on communications effectiveness What we are looking for: *Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, journalism, or similar field *2-3 years of relevant experience; corporate, healthcare, or government experience strongly preferred *Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills *Thorough knowledge of AP editorial style, and possess a clear writing style *Adept at managing relationships with a diverse array of stakeholders, with the ability to work both collaboratively and independently *Able to draft high-profile, company-wide communications, anticipating audience questions *Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines *Highly organized with exacting attention to detail *Familiarity with Microsoft Office, and design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Canva, or similar applications *Demonstrated discretion handling confidential and sensitive information, particularly in a regulated environment Why PRI: *Meaningful work - PRI processes payment disputes that directly protect patients from unexpected medical bills under the No Surprises Act *Growth stage - we are building the systems, processes, and team that will define PRI for the next decade *Skills framework - every role at PRI has a defined skills ontology with clear growth paths and Udemy development pathways *Lean and direct - decisions get made, work is visible, and contributions matter PRI is an equal opportunity employer.
