Job description About the company: Provider Resources Inc. (PRI) is looking for a Communications Specialist to build and maintain PRI's voice - internally with our team and externally with the market. This is a role for a strong writer who can manage communications independently and understands how to build an employer brand. What you will do: Write and edit internal communications for all levels of the organization Manage PRI's employer brand on LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and relevant platforms Develop executive communications including presentations and talking points Maintain the communications calendar and style guide Measure and report on communications effectiveness What we are looking for: Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, journalism, or similar field 2-3 years of relevant experience; corporate, healthcare, or government experience strongly preferred Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills Thorough knowledge of AP editorial style, and possess a clear writing style Adept at managing relationships with a diverse array of stakeholders, with the ability to work both collaboratively and independently Able to draft high-profile, company-wide communications, anticipating audience questions Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Highly organized with exacting attention to detail Familiarity with Microsoft Office, and design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Canva, or similar applications Demonstrated discretion handling confidential and sensitive information, particularly in a regulated environment Why PRI: Meaningful work - PRI processes payment disputes that directly protect patients from unexpected medical bills under the No Surprises Act Growth stage - we are building the systems, processes, and team that will define PRI for the next decade Skills framework - every role at PRI has a defined skills ontology with clear growth paths and Udemy development pathways *Lean and direct - decisions get made, work is visible, and contributions matter PRI is an equal opportunity employer.
