As a Security Officer Entry Screening in El Paso, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. Join Allied Universal at a fast-paced logistics and distribution location, where you will monitor entry points, verify credentials, and help manage access for people and vehicles. This role may include routine patrols, visible presence to help discourage security-related incidents, and strong customer service and communication. Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or drivers by following site-specific access control procedures, checking credentials, and documenting entry and exit activity at the location.
• Monitor entry points, gates, and/or loading area access to help support authorized movement of people, vehicles, and deliveries throughout the property.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report security-related concerns according to site policies.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business, perimeter, parking areas, and/or warehouse exterior to help identify unusual activity or conditions.
• Communicate with site contacts, dispatch, and/or emergency responders as needed, while completing required logs, reports, and other post documentation.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
