About the Role

Step into a pivotal role where you will independently lead the full lifecycle of advanced programs, driving them from conception to successful completion. As a Program Manager, you will be at the heart of cross-functional collaboration, defining solutions to complex challenges and ensuring strategic alignment across all stakeholders. This role offers the chance to apply your comprehensive program management expertise to initiatives that deliver tangible business outcomes and continuous optimization, directly influencing the trajectory of key projects.

What You'll Do



  • Independently author comprehensive program charters, meticulously detailing scope, timelines, objectives and key results (OKRs), resourcing, and potential risks or dependencies for advanced programs.
  • Develop detailed project plans that segment work into distinct phases, identify risks and dependencies, and clearly outline program constraints.
  • Cultivate strong, trusted relationships with program stakeholders to facilitate effective decision-making and optimize team roles and responsibilities.
  • Proactively manage and resolve program escalations in close collaboration with all relevant stakeholders.
  • Design and implement predictable program communication strategies, tailored to various stakeholder types, and effectively represent the program team across diverse touchpoints.
  • Execute identified change management requirements, developing comprehensive rollout plans, conducting impact analyses, and monitoring progress to resolve any misalignments.
  • Independently determine and collect essential data for effective program execution and governance, maintaining accurate project trackers and status reports.
  • Proactively manage program tasks and dependencies, ensuring alignment with brand trust and reputation, and defining robust governance structures for mitigations, postmortems, and escalations.
  • Drive effective program team meetings, ensuring clear objectives and actionable outcomes.
  • Define program phasing and metrics to foster continuous improvement, including resource stewardship, establishing regular checkpoints to assess progress and provide transparent rationale for any program pivots.
