Overview

ViaPath is seeking a RMA Coordinator 2 that will work closely with all related departments to meet customer priorities and requests on a daily basis. This position will need to follow work instructions in order to carry out the assignments correctly to meet tight schedules. This position is primarily responsible for coordinating customer products and providing excellent customer service to maintain effective business relationships.

Shift is Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:30PM. Shift subject to change based on business needs.



Responsibilities

    Serve as an Ambassador for ViaPath
  • Dealing with vendors for RMA process
  • Shipping coordination of incoming and outgoing RMA parts
  • Focusing on products for vendor return
  • Physical inventory transfer within departments and inventory management
  • Coordinating incoming and outgoing parts, and work to close open issues
  • Focusing on outstanding RMA inventory with vendors for call back actions
  • Working close with vendors for special parts request, FAR and feedback for urgent case
  • Handle the day-to-day RMA Receiving activities
  • Manage timely processing of RMAs to meet Service Agreements
  • Maintain daily productivity / workflow reports and open issues
  • Assist Customer Service with RMA Authorization processing as needed
  • Work closely with internal departments such as Operations, Customer Service / Technical Support, Field Services and Engineering as required
  • Maintain, review and update process documentation on a regular basis; creating new documents as required
  • Review current processes on a regular basis and update new processes as required


Qualifications

  • Minimum of AA degree or equivalent working experience preferred
  • At least 1 year experience as material handler preferred
  • Excellent in written, interpersonal communications and organization skills
  • Detail oriented and good time management
  • Multi-tasking with effective decision making
  • Independent person and also a strong team player
  • Proficient with MS office
  • Ability to lift 50lbs
  • Extensive walking and repetitive physical motion (squatting, bending, lifting, climbing ladders) is required
  • Be a motivated self-starter and to learn quickly and apply new knowledge effectively
  • Demonstrate the composure required to perform effectively under stressful situations
  • Possess good problem solving and decision-making skills
