Description: Manager, Learning & Development Field Based / Full Time At Novocure, we're working to extend the lives of patients battling some of the most aggressive cancers. Every role here contributes to that mission - and as Manager, Learning & Development, you'll help equip our Patient Experience and commercial field teams with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to deliver an exceptional experience for patients and providers. ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking an experienced learning and development professional to design, deliver, and continuously improve learning experiences for Novocure's U.S. field organization. This position partners closely with Patient Experience, Sales, Marketing, Medical Affairs and other cross-functional teams to identify learning needs, develop innovative training solutions, coach field employees, and reinforce high performance. While this role supports learning across the organization, there is a significant focus on the Patient Experience (Device Support Specialist) organization and ongoing field development beyond onboarding. WHAT WE OFFER This pay range which Novocure expects to pay for this role at the time of this posting is $75,000 - $103,000/yr. This position may also be eligible for an annual bonus and restricted stock unit grant in addition to a full range of benefits. Individual compensation within this range depends on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, prior education and experience, job-related knowledge and skills demonstrated.
