Job Summary Energy Transfer's is seeking a qualified and experienced Occupational Health Nurse to manage the Medical Surveillance programs, the return-to-work processes for both occupational and non-occupational. Supports both the workers' compensation and leave administration departments and work closely with safety and Human Resources. This position will be the primary point of contact for the Partnership's contracted Medical Director. Responsibilities
Required Skills * Registered Nurse/COHN (ADN) or COHNS (BSN) certification required * Certified Occupational Health Nurse preferred. * Knowledge of medical requirements for FMCSA and PHMSA covered employees. * 8+ years occupational health and case management experience * Experience with the Occupational Health and Safety Act OSHA * Experienced in applied clinical health risk assessment and fitness for work. * Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems * Ability to work independently and manage complex situations. * Excellent communications and organizational skills * Willingness to work after hours as needed. | |
