Pay: $16.00/hr

1st Shift: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM | Monday - Friday

Requirements: To thrive in this role, you should possess advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting, experience in invoice coding and processing within a logistics or fleet management setting, and strong customer service and communication skills, particularly over the phone.

Job Duties: As a Tire Administration Specialist, your daily duties will include processing and coding invoices for tire services and forwarding them to Accounts Payable, issuing purchase orders for tire work, and maintaining accurate records. You will also file national account claims, manage related documentation, and perform data entry with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail. Providing excellent customer service is essential, as you will handle calls in a call center environment while supporting additional logistics and administrative tasks as assigned.
