This opportunity is based on a Production Associate career path and is being offered by Staffmark to qualified candidates. Education Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred. Additional training in food manufacturing, food safety, quality assurance, or production operations is a plus. Certifications related to GMP, HACCP, SQF, or workplace safety are beneficial but not required. Experience Requirements 3+ years of leadership experience in food manufacturing, food production, or industrial manufacturing. Strong knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), HACCP, food safety, sanitation, and quality control standards. Experience supervising production employees in a high-volume manufacturing environment. Strong communication, problem-solving, team leadership, and organizational skills. Basic computer skills and experience with production reporting systems preferred. Bilingual English/Spanish skills are an asset. Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the production facility for extended periods. Frequently lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds. Perform repetitive movements, including bending, reaching, twisting, and stooping. Work comfortably in refrigerated, wet, or temperature-controlled food production environments. Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and varying shifts as needed. Job Duties Lead, coach, and support production team members to achieve daily production goals in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. Monitor production schedules, staffing, and workflow to maximize efficiency, productivity, and operational performance. Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, SQF, OSHA, food safety, quality assurance, and workplace safety standards. Train employees on production processes, food safety procedures, sanitation requirements, and quality expectations. Monitor product quality, resolve production issues, minimize downtime, and promote continuous improvement initiatives. Complete production reports, inventory records, and shift documentation while partnering with Quality, Maintenance, and Warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations.
