Project Manager

Our marketing agency client is looking for a Project Manager. This is a remote (EST), temp to perm opportunity.

• Estimated 3 month temp with chance to convert perm
• ABM experience or demand gen experience. Experience partnering with media team - delivering files to spec etc.
• One with PM admin experience (50-70% PM work, 30% system admin work)
• Systems admin PM needs experience with PM software... how to setup, pull reports, configure (client uses Scoro)

In this role, you will dedicate a significant portion of your time to executing standard project management responsibilities, ensuring marketing projects move seamlessly from kickoff to completion. The remainder of your time will involve providing essential system, technical, and administrative support, including system tracking and process workflows. This blended role offers a unique chance to impact both strategic project delivery and operational excellence, with the administrative component expected to decrease over time as you grow within the organization.

What You Will Do

• Oversee diverse marketing projects from initiation through to successful completion, ensuring all established processes are rigorously followed and deliverables are met within stipulated timelines.
• Provide hands-on technical and operational support by diving deep into internal workflows and systems, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions as needed.
• Demonstrate exceptional adaptability by flexing your time investment based on project demands, including dedicating a higher percentage of your efforts to critical system initiatives during peak periods.
• Contribute to the overall success of marketing campaigns and initiatives by ensuring operational efficiency and project integrity.

• Proven experience in project management, particularly within a marketing context.
• Demonstrated ability to be structured and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• Capacity to provide technical and operational support, with a keen understanding of system tracking and process workflows.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.

This is a unique temp-to-perm opportunity, beginning with a 3-month initial contract. This period allows for a mutual evaluation of performance and cultural fit, with strong potential for conversion to a permanent/direct hire position.
