EXPERIENCE Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role: 6+ years of experience in sales and key account management, with a proven track record of delivering results. Experience managing retail, convenience, or grocery accounts, preferably at the headquarters or national account level. Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data and insights to identify opportunities and support business decisions. Skilled at building relationships, influencing partners, and collaborating effectively across teams. Excellent communication, presentation, active listening, and negotiation skills. Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Solution-oriented mindset with a passion for finding creative ways to drive growth and improve performance. Experience working cross-functionally with diverse teams to achieve shared goals. Knowledge of the consumer packaged goods (CPG/FMCG) industry and direct store delivery (DSD) operations. Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with SAP, BI tools, customer planning platforms, or similar systems is a plus.
