Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities

  • Adheres to Integer Core Beliefs and all safety and quality requirements.

  • Completes early project builds that do not have defined processes, settings, or instructions.

  • Works with engineers to develop production processes and determine settings.

  • Writes instructions and trains personnel in proper techniques to utilize systems, equipment, and processes.

  • Sets up and runs experiments and/or tests apparatus with direction.

  • Designs, recommends, assembles, and installs equipment/apparatus and processes for product fabrication, research and development, or analysis and testing.

  • Troubleshoots. May repair, modify, and/or maintain systems and/or equipment.

  • Provides input in evaluation of equipment and processes.

  • Writes technical reports and other required documentation.

  • Interacts with and advises other departments.

  • Performs other functions as required.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Education: Associate's degree in technical field with 3-5 years relevant experience OR a high school graduate with 7-10 years relevant experience.

  • Minimum Experience: Associate's degree in technical field with 3-5 years relevant experience OR a high school graduate with 7-10 years relevant experience.

Specialized Knowledge:

  • Ability to read technical drawings/prints.

  • Computer operation skills.

  • Mechanical aptitude.

  • Product knowledge helpful. Experience building medical catheters highly preferred.

  • Special Skills: Excellent organizational and communication skills - written and verbal.

Salary Range for this position is $26.57-$38.98

Our total rewards program is designed to attract, retain, and motivate associates to contribute to Integer's success. Our compensation program includes base wages, a cash-based incentive program supporting our pay-for-performance philosophy, overtime pay, shift differentials, and call-in pay, when applicable. We provide a comprehensive benefits package with immediate eligibility including medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, and adoption benefits. Parental leave is available after one year. Optional employee-paid programs include supplemental life insurance, critical illness, hospital indemnity and accident insurance. Employees are immediately eligible to participate in the 401(k) plan with company matching contributions. We provide 80 hours (10 days) of company designated holidays per year plus an annual allotment of paid time off.
