About the Role

We are searching for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to join our client's dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will ensure the seamless execution of daily service functions, directly contributing to an outstanding consumer journey and supporting the core mission of improving health outcomes. Your contributions will be essential in navigating complex challenges and delivering impactful solutions.

What You'll Do



  • Manage daily activities across multiple service functions, performing varied and moderately complex administrative, operational, and customer support assignments.
  • Perform computations and handle semi-routine assignments with precision and efficiency.
  • Contribute to critical operations such as client support, client services, customer service, enrollment and eligibility, claims processing, and call center operations.
  • Investigate and resolve claims and customer service issues, making decisions based on area/department policy and established methods.
  • Work within defined parameters, identifying work expectations and quality standards, while exercising some latitude in prioritization and timing under minimal direction.
  • Follow standard policies and practices, utilizing independent discretion where appropriate to achieve optimal outcomes.


What You'll Bring



  • 3 years of customer service experience, including typing/data entry
  • Excellent verbal, listening, and written communication skills
  • Aptitude for quickly learning and navigating new technology, systems, and applications
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Outlook and Word
  • Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences


Nice-to-Haves



  • Associate's or Bachelor's Degree
  • Previous healthcare experience
  • Previous inbound and/or outbound call center experience
  • Bilingual mandatory- SPANISH
