You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that technical solutions align with critical business needs, directly influencing the success and longevity of this foundational infrastructure upgrade. Key Responsibilities
- Staying up to date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
- Performing deployment requirements gathering and analysis across multiple workstreams.
- Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
- Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts.
- Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and the program management team.
- Gathering critical deployment information from meetings with various stakeholders to align deployment interdependencies.
- Work closely with project team, operations, and managerial staff.
- Ensure deployment solutions meet business needs and requirements.
- Communicate technical specification changes and document progress against planned milestones.
- Developing integration test plans for infrastructure systems across internal and external environments.
- Performing data mapping from a client server application based on end-user requirements.
- Performing end-user acceptance testing as part of the project team.
- Validating data across an IT architecture solution, end-to-end.
- Updating and maintaining best practices and procedures for infrastructure.
- Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
- Serving as a liaison between program stakeholders and end-users.
- Guiding standardization and IT testing best practices with cross-functional teams.
- Follow change management and sustainability internal practices.
- Evaluating business processes related to infrastructure devices, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing solutions.
- Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies related to the deployment, to benefit the long-term program.
- Monitor and report project stakeholder changes across workstreams.
Required Skills & Experience
- Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to work independently and manage one's time.
- Strong knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.
- Strong ability to apply accounting and mathematical principles to work as needed.
- Strong ability to analyze business trends and project future revenues and expenses.
- Previous experience with standard business applications and data analysis tools.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in business management, economics, finance, accounting or relevant field required.
- 5-7 years experience required.
