Job Title: GTM Program Manager

Location: Candidates in the Los Gatos, CA or Los Angeles, CA area to work a hybrid schedule onsite Tues-Thurs.

Compensation: $110-$130/hr.

About the Team

Our client is launching an exciting new strategic initiative focused on expanding partnerships and bringing new products and services to market. As these initiatives continue to grow, they're building a dedicated go-to-market (GTM) function responsible for coordinating complex cross-functional launches from planning through execution.

This team serves as the operational hub that aligns business strategy, product development, marketing, and other key stakeholders to ensure successful launches across a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.

About the Role

We're seeking an experienced GTM Program Manager to drive the operational execution of large-scale product launches. This role sits at the center of cross-functional planning, translating strategic priorities into organized execution plans while keeping multiple teams aligned toward shared milestones.

Rather than owning product strategy or marketing execution directly, you'll build the systems, processes, and operating rhythms that allow teams to work together efficiently. You'll bring structure to ambiguity, identify risks before they become roadblocks, and ensure launches remain on track from kickoff through delivery.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys solving complex organizational challenges, thrives in fast-moving environments, and excels at bringing clarity to large, cross-functional initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Program Management

  • Lead end-to-end GTM program management for strategic product launches.

  • Develop and manage launch plans, milestone tracking, stakeholder maps, and workback schedules.

  • Establish operating cadences including recurring meetings, decision-making frameworks, and escalation paths.

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure deliverables stay aligned with launch timelines.

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Serve as the central point of coordination between business, product, marketing, and other partner teams.

  • Communicate launch progress, milestones, dependencies, and risks to both working teams and leadership.

  • Identify potential blockers early and drive resolution across multiple stakeholders.

  • Foster accountability while influencing teams without direct authority.

Process & Operational Excellence

  • Create scalable systems and workflows that improve launch execution.

  • Translate complex initiatives into clear, actionable plans.

  • Continuously improve operating processes to support future launches.

  • Bring organization and visibility to rapidly evolving projects with multiple moving pieces.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience leading large-scale cross-functional programs or product launches.

  • Strong program management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders simultaneously.

  • Experience building operational processes, launch plans, and project tracking systems.

  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.

  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and adapting as priorities evolve.

  • Systems thinker who naturally connects strategy with execution.

  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive alignment without direct management authority.

  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and highly execution-focused with excellent problem-solving skills.

The pay for this W-2 position is between $110-$130 per hour. This position may be eligible for PTO, health and dental insurance, and/or 401(k) benefits upon meeting certain length of service and hours requirements.
