Provides professional, courteous, and compassionate guest services for patients, visitors, and guestswhile meeting the standards outlined by Baptist Health Lexington. Proactively approach, greet, andacknowledge all customers in a friendly, professional manner and provide quick, responsive customer

service while returning or parking their cars

Job Description:

• Greets customers with a cheerful, positive, and helpful can-do attitude.

• Aids customer's arriving or departing with directions to all locations of the facility, provide wheelchair assistance, and make the experience one of comfort.

• Parks and retrieves vehicles in a safe manner.

• Drives vehicle safely and locks unattended vehicle after parked.

• Obeys all posted speed limit signs, observes pedestrian right-of-way when crossing roadway or crosswalks and does not squeal tires of customer's vehicles.

• Adhere to Safety Standards: Strictly no cell phone use or reckless driving while performing job duties.

Requirements:

• High School diploma or any equivalent

• Good communication and customer services skills

• Valid driver's license

• Clean driving recorded (No serious violations such as excessive speeding, DUI)

• Ability to run, be on feet for long periods of time, and being outdoors in all types of weather.
