Learn more atstandardelectricco.com. The HR Business Partner performs a full range of human resources activities to support Standard Electric's managers, associates, and the HR team. This position focuses on Sonepeople to ensure Standard Electric is utilizing the system to its fullest, maintaining system integrity, reporting, and being the system expert. The HRBP should be proactive in improving Standard Electric's processes and communicating with SUSA regarding improvements for the future. Key Accountabilities:

Minimum education requirements: Bachelor's Degree with an HR emphasis preferred. In lieu of bachelor's degree, will consider an associate degree with 5+ years of HR related experience. SHRM-CP or PHR strongly preferred. Core Competencies:
