Program Manager IV This position requires an active Secret clearance. The Program Manager will lead and support initiatives that deepen partnerships with U.S. allies and international stakeholders to advance a shared vision for secure, trusted information communications technologies (ICT) and emerging technologies across the digital ecosystem, in alignment with U.S. national economic and security objectives. This role manages digital, cyber, and emerging technology foreign assistance programs, overseeing program implementation and evaluating operational effectiveness to advance priority U.S. policy objectives. Working across U.S. government agencies, including the Department of State, the position advances U.S. cyberspace, digital and emerging technology policies through strategic engagements and supports bilateral and multilateral diplomacy-focused efforts through targeted programming. Foreign assistance program and resource management skills, foreign policy expertise, and experience navigating interagency processes are essential. The ideal candidate brings strong program management skills, cross-agency collaboration experience, and the ability to translate complex technology policy priorities into effective, results driven foreign assistance programming. Compensation & Benefits: Pay rate: $100,000- $156,537.12 Pay will be negotiated and commensurate with education and experience.
