Quality Assurance Engineer Location: Oldsmar, FL Job ID: #72981 Pay Range: $ 32-37 * Respond to quality concerns associated with supplied parts and materials on the manufacturing production floor and ensure accurate defect documentation * Perform technical evaluations including product requirements, specifications, models/designs, drawings and procedures. * Collaborate with supplier quality program representatives to analyze and disposition nonconformances on supplied parts and materials. * Leverage Tableau dashboards and predictive analytics to monitor production metrics and identify trends for actionable next steps. * Support on-site supplier activities to facilitate efficient defect resolution. Basic Qualifications * Bachelor's degree from an accredited college, preferably in Mechanical, Aerospace, or Electrical Engineering, or related discipline. * Strong communication and collaboration skills. Desired Skills * Tableau and other data visualization platforms for quality tracking. * Working knowledge of inspection techniques, ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and prints, familiarity with GD&T. * Familiarity with machining and manufacturing practices. * Experience with electrical assembly commodities such as CCAs, cabling assemblies, and box-level components, and industry standards such as IPC-A-610/J-STD-001, IPC-A-620 and other aerospace Benefits provided: 401K, medical, dental, and vision, sick time as applicable to state law Butler America Aerospace, LLC. is an equal opportunity employer.
