Description

UDR is hiring a Business Manager to join our operations team in Southern, CA. This position supports multiple properties (1500 - 2000 units) and offices out of 27 Seventy Five, our apartment community located in Costa Mesa, CA. This is 4 - 5 month contract position.

Key Responsibilities



  • Financial Management: Collect rent, manage utilities, post payments, and minimize delinquency.
  • Legal & Evictions: Prepare notices, manage legal files, coordinate with authorities, and attend court hearings.
  • Operations: Process move-out accounts (FAS), handle banking deposits, and update month-end reports.
  • Customer Service: Provide high-touch support to residents and resolve security deposit disputes.


Key Qualifications



  • Experience: 2+ years in property management or business operations.
  • Specialties: Proven success with collections, evictions, and delinquency management.
  • Software: OneSite experience is highly preferred.
  • Skills: Strong organization and excellent communication.


Hourly Range:



  • $28/hr. - $31/hr., depends on experience
