Overtime that pays fairly Time and a half after 40 hours; double time after 48 Wage Information $20.00-$23.40/hr., based on experience +$2.00/hr shift premium for 2nd and 3rd shift Shifts & Training Openings on 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts 1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM \| 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM \| 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM All employees begin orientation on day shift before transitioning to their assigned schedule. What You'll Do Operate machinery Move steel materials Assist with setups Inspect product quality Package shipments Maintain a safe work area Report issues Support team production What We're Looking For Reliable work history Strong work ethic Safety focused mindset Willingness to learn Basic math skills Able to stand for long periods and lift 35 lbs.
