As a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Corporate Office in Bethesda, MD, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Hotels & Resorts, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Professional at a hotel and resort location, you will conduct routine patrols, monitor security-related activity, support access control, and provide welcoming service to guests and staff. Your visible presence will help discourage incidents while you respond to concerns with professionalism and clear communication. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate hotel personnel and/or emergency responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of hotel public areas, guest corridors, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and observe guest and visitor activity in accordance with location procedures, reporting suspicious behavior, hazards, and/or policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Prepare clear and accurate reports for incidents, patrol observations, and security-related activities in accordance with Allied Universal and location requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
