In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: We're seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President, Regional Group Manager to join our Global Clearing Operations team. This role is based in Lake Mary and will also lead teams in New Jersey, India and Singapore. The Senior Vice President, Regional Group Manager plays a pivotal role in leading the US Settlements team responsible for fails management, ADR conversions and market solutions for our clients. The successful candidate will be a proven leader with strong organizational and communication skills. Technical skills that will be an advantage are SWIFT, AI and TLM, plus experience of settlement in the EMEA and APAC markets.
- Lead Settlement Operations - Lead the cash management & client cash teams by demonstrating expertise in transaction processing and ensuring efficient and accurate cash flow management
- Risk Management and Compliance - Develop and implement strategies to mitigate risks associated with cash management activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and BNY internal policies
- Process Optimization - Identify opportunities to re-engineer and streamline processes, driving improvements through innovative solutions and technology enhancements, partnering closely with Product & Engineering.
- Client & Stakeholder Relationship Management - Cultivate strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, addressing their cash management, client cash and investor reporting needs proactively
- Team Leadership & Development - Mentor, guide and develop team members, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages professional growth and adherence to BNY principles
- Strategic Planning - Collaborate with senior leadership to align cash management, client cash and investor reporting strategies with BNY's organizational objectives and strategic pillars

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
- Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
- Advanced/graduate degree preferred.
- 7-10 years of total work experience is preferred with at least 1-3 years in management.
- Experience in brokerage processing is preferred.
- Applicable local/regional licenses or certifications as required by the business.
- Significant experience within financial service operations.
- Proven delivery of process improvements, including the use of AI and digital tools.
