Security Guard Full Time Patrol

As a Security Guard Full Time Patrol in West Hollywood, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. As an Unarmed Security Officer in a residential community, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, support access control activities, and provide exceptional customer service to residents and visitors. You will communicate professionally, respond to security-related concerns, and contribute to a welcoming environment. Pay Rate: $19.08 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to resident concerns, incidents, access issues, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of residential buildings, common areas, parking areas, amenities, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and potential property concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, documenting observations and reporting security-related incidents to appropriate personnel.
• Prepare clear and accurate activity reports, incident reports, and shift communications in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.
• Proof of a high school diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
