Pay Rate: $23.00 per hour
Schedule Available:
- Monday - Thursday | 7:30 PM - 6 AM
- Friday - Sunday | 5 AM - 5:30 PM

- High school diploma or GED required.
- Technical certification in CNC machining, manufacturing technology, or a related field preferred.
- Training in GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing), blueprint reading, metrology, or quality systems is highly desirable.
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of CNC machining experience in a low-volume, high-mix manufacturing or job shop environment.
- Experience setting up and operating CNC machine tools with FANUC controls.
- Proficiency editing CNC programs and utilizing wear and geometry offsets.
- Experience with Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM), Renishaw Probing Systems, SPC data collection, and First Article Inspections (FAI).
- Strong knowledge of engineering drawings, GD&T, inspection methods, and quality standards including ISO/TS, IRIS, AAR, and CMMI.
Physical Capabilities
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift materials throughout the workday.
- Capable of working safely around CNC machinery, cranes, hoists, and rigging equipment.
- Ability to perform precision work requiring close attention to detail and accuracy.
- Must maintain a safe, organized work area while adhering to 5S standards.
Job Duties
- Set up and operate multiple CNC machine tools simultaneously while meeting production and quality goals.
- Achieve target productivity levels of 90% or greater based on cycle times.
- Troubleshoot machining issues, make process adjustments, and minimize downtime.
- Inspect machined components using precision measuring instruments, CMM equipment, and engineering blueprints.
- Complete FAI documentation, collect and analyze SPC data, and make process improvements based on results.
- Perform TPM inspections and complete required maintenance checklists.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives, including SMED, Kaizen events, fixture design, and manufacturing process enhancements.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory requirements while delivering finished products to precise specifications.
