The Sanitation Associate is responsible for maintaining cleanliness throughout the warehouse and facility. This role supports plant operations by performing cleaning and sanitation duties, operating sanitation equipment, and helping ensure a safe and efficient work environment. Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply, and previous sanitation experience is a plus. Education Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred Entry-level candidates encouraged to apply Experience Requirements Previous sanitation, janitorial, warehouse cleaning, or industrial cleaning experience preferred Experience working in a fast-paced environment is a plus Familiarity with sanitation equipment and cleaning chemicals preferred Job Duties Clean floors and work areas throughout multiple warehouse departments Use air pressure water hoses to clean racks, machinery, and equipment Perform sweeping, sanitation, and general cleaning tasks Assist with plant-wide sanitation projects and preventive cleaning programs Clean outside building perimeters and surrounding work areas as needed Wash and sanitize surfaces and equipment using approved cleaning chemicals and tools Operate a baler and other sanitation-related equipment as assigned Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Physical Capabilities Must be able to perform very heavy physical work Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull heavy materials Stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach throughout the shift Comfortable working around water, cleaning chemicals, and industrial equipment Able to work at a fast pace while maintaining quality and safety standards Benefits Competitive Weekly Pay Comprehensive Benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
