2 - 2 - 3 Rotating Schedule | 6 AM - 6 PM

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous manufacturing or production training is beneficial.

• At least 1 year of recent manufacturing experience
• Previous machine operator experience preferred
• Ability to read a ruler down to 1/8-inch increments
• Mechanical aptitude and the ability to safely operate basic production equipment when required.
• Dependable attendance, teamwork, and a commitment to workplace safety.

• Clean containers, utensils, buckets, lids, and equipment used in the ink room
• Use solvents to clean ink room materials and press machine parts
• Inspect and check ink barrels for quality and accuracy
• Load ink carts and deliver ink to the appropriate production lines
• Adjust containers and equipment using power tools
• Perform general housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE at all times
• Work in a solvent-based ink manufacturing environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, assembly, production, warehouse, or industrial experience is preferred.
• Experience operating production equipment, performing quality inspections, or meeting production goals is beneficial.
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement practices, or workplace safety procedures is considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic are well positioned for success as a Ink Room Associate.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely operate around production equipment and moving machinery.
• Ability to maintain productivity while working in fast-paced manufacturing environments.
