Project Coordinator - Mobile App Launch Temporary Assignment \| Irvine, CA \| $33-$35/Hour \| Onsite Monday-Friday Are you an organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator with experience managing cross-functional projects? We are seeking a professional to support the launch of a new customer-facing mobile application by coordinating business readiness activities, tracking project milestones, and ensuring critical deliverables are completed on time. Job Responsibilities Develop and maintain project plans, launch schedules, and business readiness trackers. Coordinate activities across Product, Marketing, Customer Support, Training, IT, Legal, Compliance, and other business teams. Monitor project timelines, deliverables, dependencies, approvals, risks, and issue resolution. Schedule and facilitate project meetings, capture meeting minutes, and provide status updates to leadership. Support user acceptance and launch readiness activities. Track and manage launch materials, including: Training materials and FAQs User guides and quick reference documents Internal communications and stakeholder education content Executive presentations Customer communications and support documentation Ensure all business readiness milestones are completed accurately and on schedule. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. 3-5 years of project coordination, project management, or business operations experience preferred. Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience supporting cross-functional teams and tracking complex project deliverables.
